Trapezoids

This is a picture of a YWCA building.  The image shows two Trapezoids, a green one and a red one.  The green one is an awning, which are typically used for shade or rain cover and can be found on the otuside of buildings or shop entrances.  The red trapezoid is the YWCA logo and is usually shown on all their facility buildings.

A Regular Hexagon

This image shows a silver nut connected to a bolt.  The shape of this nut represents a regular hexagon.  It can be determined as a regular hexagon because it has 6 different angles and lines connecting. I found this nut connected to a bolt in my garage, however, they can also be found in Home Depot or other construction stores.  Nuts are used in many mechanical structures such as washers, stoves, machines, and many more.  Nuts are also commonly associated with bolts.
